I've just come into a bit of money and want to buy a boat to live on - something I've dreamed of for years. I'd like to know how much you can borrow in a marine mortgage compared to your salary in typical terms. Also with regards to getting a mooring could i pay for this using the mortgage or would i have to organise this first? Any advice gratefully received
