Still the same. There is no option to overide it as there occasionally is with other sites. Hi, This has happened all of a sudden after many years without any problems. Does anyone else get this error when opening a link from an email? I've got CWD saved as a fav (have done for as lonh as I can remember) and no issues if I open the forums that way. Doesn;t appear to be a firewall or McAffee problem my end. Am using Windows 10. Thanks

Not disimilar to my setup. There is one header thank for the engine (3LW) and heating/hot water circuit with pipes running from both systems to the tank. There is a gate valve (installed by Charles Mills) on the pipe to the engine thermostat. This allows to the engine to warm up quicker (theoretically) and as stated above helps prvent heat loss from the calorifier back to the engine. LW's do not need pre-heating, that's why they have the cold start button on the injector pump. HTH.

My skin tank is on the baseplate (Norton Canes shell). The bleed pipe is inaccessible due to being beneath the forward corner of the engine. I just undid the main flow pipe connection and drained down into the bilge beneath the engine (it flowed to the rear baffle plate due to the angle of the boat). Once the engine drained down (IIRC approx. 12-15 litres), I sucked it up with a drill pump then sucked the coolant from the skin tank via the baseplate connection which was around 50 litres! Refilled the skin tank till it overflowed, reconnected then filled from the header tank with the thermostat sensor removed from the plug.

It would sell for the right price to an experienced boater who appreciates quality. However, many will see through rose tinted specs and not consider water/damp damage to the electrics (a 24v Mastervolt inverter/charger ain't cheap to replace) as well as the Leece Neville alternator. I do Hope you will be around!

rein-viagra‐orte-ation isn't always an option. According to a friend! 😟 The rear fender is a quick fix. However, the amount of condesation damage to the cabinetry/woodwork due to lack of ventilation, especially to Ron Hough's amazing work (scumbling is peeling off in the boatmans cabin) is awful. If any water has got into joints/bottom of panelling, it's only a matter of time before it breaks through. In mine and previous owners custody, the quality was virtually unmatched. Even the curtains have been removed and disposed of due to mould, they cost me a pretty penny in 2018.

I used to own Hattie, sold her in 2018 via Rugby Boats. Current owners have let her down though as the interior is not what it was. Beautful joinery (African Walnut, crown cut oak and ash ceiling) need looking after with good polish. The amazing Ron Hough artwork, especially in the boatmans cabin is peeling, no doubt due to being laid up, unventilated and damp .... sacrilege. If you need any detailed info let me know. just to expand on this. The anti freeze to use is Ethylene Glycol, referred to as 'IAT'. The longer lasting 'OAT' anti freeze which is usually a reddish colour provides protection for upto 5 yrs as opposed to 2yrs for the IAT (Blue). However, I've been informed in the past that OAT will not protect the brass/bronze components within the engine & will also react adversely with any IAT (Blue) anti freeze still in the system, as mentioned above cab turn to a jelly like substance. I use Morris MEG mono-ethylene glycol at a 50/50 mix for my 2LW.

Has to be worth the trip to Debdale, climate controlled. They're the leaders in this. Lovely cruising ground and scenery. 56 hrs from Uxbridge on canalplan.

Yep. Also at the Cavalcade in Little Venice. unfortunately they're plugged in and quite a few of them. Shame as they're at the top of their game.

Apparently they will be having duo's only as a friend of mine (Mandolin Monday) is not now playing there.
