  3. Didn't mean to quote that twice! I'll look into invoice tomorrow as I'm in the office all day. Again many thanks for the kind words. We are currently taking steps to help decrease our waiting times as we don't like to let people down ( victims of our own success, ,maybe). But we do try to insure each job is the same as the last and therefore try not to rush them out or push customers up the queue if they try to bully us. As this in turn will magnify the problem further down the queue.

  6. If your still thinking of alternatives to the cratch boards take a look at the green framed cratch on the left hand side of this page. It is made from 3/4 od ally frame which can be removed in seconds. Even with just the cover off the frame is hardly in the way for your line of sight to the water. http://www.kinvercanopies.co.uk/Cratchcovers.html We were working on the boat next to this the other day. Think it was Aston.
  7. Hi, where is your boat, I'm quite sure we could better that for you!
  8. Hi Give us a call 07717218679 and we can offer some advice and even a quote if you like. And yes it's a dodger.

  13. Well I'm glad you got that all sorted... We still have a few Kinver Canopies / are you wilsons / no we are not ! Problems. We have found this forum a great place to correct people, we also find many kind members have helped with our course by correcting the misled thoughts of the few who don't know. Keep up the good work.
  14. Just been reading this old post, I've got to say, most the people we talk to after having a pram fitted notice the heating bills come down, or if they stay the same...the boat becomes much much warmer!
  15. Hi. Here is a link to our style of boards and covers, many more can been seen on our website. http://www.canalworld.net/forums/index.php?app=gallery&module=images&section=viewimage&img=4407 www.kinvercanopies.co.uk Feel free to give us a call even if it's just for some advice. Ian
  16. yes. "Tear aid" is your best bet. Check it out on Youtube . There are two types A and B, I think you may need Type B if your going to stick Plastic to canvas.

  18. If it is fabric both sides use "fabsil" after you have cleaned it. Had a customer the other day tell us his been using baby shampoo to clean the cover...and to be fair it looked good.
  19. So what is the collective noun for a group of Phoenices? ... A fire of Phoenicies or maybe a Flame or Rise.. , oh I like that one "A Rise of Phoenices"
  20. Hi Guys Have you had any joy constructing your cover? Where abouts are you? (postcode?). We have a Job down at Willow tree marina at the moment but not going back down to "the smoke" untill this sports day thingy has finished as the traffic starts to get a little much at the moment.
  21. Cheers for putting them straight For the record, Our website is working fine. Please feel free to view it anytime!!
  22. To be fair it wasn't a quote, more of a rough price based on a worst case scenario. If you want to email us the following info: A. length of the bow well (bulk head to gas locker) B Type of cratch board required (see our website for styles www.kinvercanopies.co.uk) C Amount of windows and zips you require each side of the cratch D Type of material required PVC(outer with grey inner) or Acrylic canvas(with grey pvc inner) We would be happy to do you a quote so you have a figure to work around/under! Always here to try and help where we can. We don't mind a bit of travelling but just did a calculation for this job and it would work out to be 1188 miles to completion. I think even by our standards that's a lot. I will make some enquiries for you to see if I can track down any other trimmers thar are a little closer to you.
