    if there had children in using, PSP’s or DSi , plugged into 12 v lighter holder you would be surprise how quick a car battery goes flat. Last summer my son sat in our car while camping with his DSi plugged in playing it while it was re-charging from the car battery, he reckoned he was in less than an hour, before I saw him, and then tryed to start the car. He had totally flatling the battery good job I’m in AA

    My laptop started to do that about 2 months ago but mine was after using or while using the BBC iplayer and the last time I did a pack and frag on the disc which ended up having to re install windows 7 and all my other software or course I was lucky as I was able to boot up on cd and down load all my data to an external hard drive hope this helps My laptop has worked properly since but I have not re installed the iplayer

    Have to say I am feeling old We would go down to the local tip hunting for radio/televisions with workable values, and unsolder the resistors and capacitors which we then used to make our radios as well as shortwave transmitters Before transistors were in common uses.

    It’s also best to remove the shower mixer taps As you cannot get all the water out of them I had one freeze on me Thought it was empty of water what little was did damage could only get cold water after that Now I remove it and take it with me

    I know that, you do not have to state the obvious. I did point it out. It was for interest on accumulation of toxic substances in Ash. Sorry if I thought you might be interested, my mistake
