Hi Sorry for the delay in replying - but we have been away for a couple of days! To view the details of the cottage, have look at this link: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-13006167.html Unfortunately, the pictures make the place look smaller than it is - although as I said in an earlier post it is small!!! The original valuation was £220.000, we put it up for £180,000, and during the winter we reduced the price to £165,000 with the intention of putting the price back up to the original for the summer

Hi All I have a small cottage right alongside a canal spur near Llangollen. It is for sale, and I wondered if anyone knows of an Estate Agent that specialises in sales like mine? There is a possibility that I can get permission for end of garden mooring.
