  1. Thanks Tony Whats the difference between dual and single station?
  2. I have hopefully attached photos of my guage and sender. The PSI and BARS, neither readings look more prominate than the other. Which would you say it is. BARS because its the top reading??
  3. Sorry to sound a numpty. Once I have the old one in hand what am I looking at to find the screw thread. Most are 1/8 aint they? My existing guage shows PSI and bars. We do have a warning light already. You mentioned a mechanical one!?
  4. Whats the difference in single station and dual? Two types of earth too.
  5. Our presure guage is off the scale. The sender unit has a bad connection, its been sending odd readings for a while. If I change the unit do I need to pair it with the guage. How big/small a job is the unit.?
  6. How about some sort of bring and buy at Boat Shows and festivals. Unwanted boating/boat items. Just ideas Mike to try and make a bit more. I am not plugging for a CWF fundraiser position. Lol
  7. How about getting some merchandise made. Am sure some one on the forum has a business or a contact who can make stickers, cups etc. All proceeds of profit can go to the forum. Boat window stickers for example. ""CWF emblem and "I am a CWF member/supporter". One each side of boat. Might get you talking to more members on the cut. Licence holders, cups, etc.
  8. I need a new shoreline socket. The actual socket which is on the boat which you plug the lead into. Looked on ASAP supplies cant seem to find them. Can anyone send this numpty a link for one? TA
  9. To my knowledge only person above the law who can enter any property/land without a warrant is an HSE officer.
  10. Canal plan says go down Oxford thru Napton to Warwick then to Stratford, and back via Brum. Or do we go thru Brum to Stratford and back via Warwick? Clock wise or anti.
  11. I may have asked this before. So apologies. Going to Stratford upon Avon from the Ashby Canal. We want to go via Warwick. So do we go thru Brum first and Warwick on the way back or vice versa. If so why? We will be doing this in August. Thanks in advance.

  15. Yeah thought of that after. Had a blonde moment. Thats why I deleted the question afterwards. Thanks all
  16. That dirty nonce committed all his kiddy fiddling while on boats by the sounds of it. Should have sunk him while he did the weather off the floating UK. FT. Fred Talbot or Fiddles Teenagers.
  17. If it were me i would have shifted it.
  18. During the oil change I struggled to get the pesky seal back in. So I unbolted the filter head off the engine and flipped it over. Voila. So easy. But! There is a gasket between the head and the engine. Half of it was stuck to the head and the other to the engine. Reluctantly I refitted the head and filled her with oil. After firing her up and running for a few hours it seems to be drip free. But however I do want to replace the gasket. Is it simply called an oil filter head gasket? Available from Calcutt?
