With the cost of petrol/diesel is it now cheaper to run a gas generator? I'm able to buy and use the large has bottles like static caravans have.

Okay simple question (for some ) I use my phone as a hotspot, to make the signal better I put my phone in a plastic container on the roof. I've a omniex can I use this to bring the signal into the boat? And still use the phone as a hotspot.

I've been using a roll up and now bought a air mattress to try out, only problem is you need 240v.

I'm after some advice about wind turbines, I'm thinking this is the best option as solar is out of the question. It would be used to charge the batteries and run the fridge, anyone tried this?.

Yes that's correct but in my old one I used fire bricks the new one is nearly the same few changes but no bricks came it

That's the one talked to manufacture and the did say no need

I've just replaced my stove with another identical one, it has no fire bricks and when I asked they say it has baffle plates and does not need any. Is this correct as I've always used them.

Has anybody tried the new red out? I found it gives off loads of ash and not as good as the old one.

Bet it's been asked before I need to put the tiles back on the wall behind the fire that have fallen off. I've the netting and the powder but would like to just use a tube of adhesive, something I can get from Screwfix please or Wickes. Tiles are the 6*6 stone ones. Thank you Chris

I need to upgrade my generator so am thinking of getting one run on diesel but don't want to pay a am or leg for it, any suggestions please.

Thank you for the information, yes glass cracked again but now the stove has also cracked so want to replace it with the same on the boat.
