If you have an L3 Farmers Field mooring and your boat is away from the mooring you do not have to pay cart. For years I only paid for 6-7 months when my boat was on the mooring from October to March/April. I would cancel and get a refund on the BW mooring licence in March/April and go boating. Take out a new one the next October when I returned.
Don't think the law has changed as far as that is concerned.
System has been up and running for a while now. Teamviewer flagged it as a commercial use which I have now got rescinded so have full access again.
One point to note is that on Android 10 remote access needs confirmation at the remote terminal😟
I am therefore running Android 7 which means I have to stay with Victron Connect V5 as V6 requires Android 8 or later.
Anyone got a figure for licence in say 1993
Then we could see how much it should be today to have kept pace.
And whether it's above or below inflation.
One other thought, if the window screws are screwed through the steel into the battens what will hold the battens to the steel when you remove the screws🤔
I seem to remember that @ptolemy lane used some kind of solid neoprene not sure exactly what it was.
I used a similar thing under my fairleads to protect the paintwork.

Pop rivets generally have steel shafts part of which remains in the rivet. Due to the position in the window they can't be painted so you get rust!
Stainless steel machine screws into the steel is the way forward.
I had a 2 amp one on the boat running a Huawei B818 for years it's now in the caravan along with one of the 10 amp versions running the TV/Soundbar.
The 2 amp one must be 6 years old😲
These are what I use,

Been working well for years.
Is your router going to be within the length of the cable from an antenna on the top of a 3 metre pole?
The loss from extending the cable will negate any gains from raising the antenna🤔
Unless of course you are using cable such as LDF450 😉
One of my previous boats used to suffer condensation under the front deck, so much so that once a year at the begining of summer I had to aqua vac the water out from the bilge. 😱
