  4. Hi all, I am the previous manager of Welsh and South West Ambulance Control rooms. I have to say that W3W is a very good idea and easy to use/compatible to computer systems. You have to remember that in an emergency the caller is not normally calm and collected so anything which makes location finding easier is a very good idea

  5. Today, 2021 Not a navigable waterway, although it may look like one. Upper millpond, Gibson Mill, Hardcastle Crags, near Hebden Bridge. Weir and sluice controlling water into the lower millpond. Gibson Mill and the lower millpond. And although not navigable waterway as such, old postcards show rowing boats for hire here.

  23. strange that essential information has to prised out of the OP like a whelk from its shell. it would never occur to anyone that someone asking for advice about a journey from London to Oxford would be planning to do it by taking the long way round.

  29. My understanding is that the provison of affordable housing (which is generally a requirement of PP by the LA) is that it is for the 'low-paid' to be able to afford it, but, unless there is legislation in place to ensure that happens how would you stop two people on 'above minimum wage' from buying it, and / or putting in an offer above the asking price to make sure they get it ? The whole thing is a farce - 'Affordable' is meaningless.

  42. 3mm is not so bad on a baseplate that has never been painted. Get the sides pit welded and have it all blasted and epoxy 2 pack or even Zinga and 2 pack. ( gets a 10 year guarantee ) It will last years. I would doubt the Travel power is a factor.

  44. Dear Mr Deards You were entrusted by the Board of Trustees to file its approved Annual Report with Companies House and the Charity Commission. As you admit, you broke that trust by conspiring with your chair, deputy chair and chief executive to file an altered report on your website and with the Charities Commission. You have now compounded the matter by failing to disclose to the Charity Commission and myself - - the full nature of your chairs involvement in this matter - that you altered 'visitor satisfaction' figures as well as 'heritage' figures - the names of those that were complicit in altering 'visitor satisfaction' figures I note also, that you have also failed to address the possible outcomes that this maladministration will have on Defra funding and public perception. Please respond within five working days. Based on your response I will decide if I need to take the matter further or leave it to the Charity Commission who are carry out its own investigation. Kindest Regards Allan Richards
