Very nice, I made mine almost the same, I made a groove, a `drip` down the sides of the opening `leaves` and made them overhang the frame a bit to stop water creeping in. If you have a problem with water getting in on the hinge line add a `cap` on the very top that overhangs the hinge line - again with a `drip`, it restricts the opening a bit but c`est la vie, I have had no problems with mine, I also put polycarbonate over the glazed parts, it is a basic bit of double glazing and also stops water sitting in and rotting the bottom bit of frame.
