Spot the mistake.

Give up - I've looked at this piccy several times and can't see anything wrong.

 

(Getting ready to kick myself when Maffi points out something blindingly obvious)

Whilst fairleads are there to protect the paint work, amongst other things, this boat is tied up with the rope either side of the fairlead.

 

Though I'm sure there is a good reason.

Looks to me like the rope wouldn't fit through.
