When I joined I was under the impression that the forum was for boaters to communicate and share knowledge. Not to  ridicule and insult members. I do not need telling that I am the not the brightest person living on a boat. I admit it that I have made cock ups,  ( lot's )and usually laugh a my mistakes. So  I don't need someone who is obviously perfect and never has a fallen souffle or ruined someone dining experience telling the forum that I am a bit dim. It seems that at some time I have probably upset this troll. Who knows.

Yes I unfortunately was and still have been subject to a few rather patronising, ‘ we know better ‘ , and personal comments when I have reached out to the community for help and advice. Maybe I have been over sensitive but I have detected  attempts to belittle me. Shame and I do question why would anyone want to do that. 
As a long time professional restorer & conservator of antique furniture I often had folk contacting me for help , advice and I went out of my way to assist in the most positive way.
