  1. It seems to be a feature of Black Prince Boats. It's a cruiser stern so there is plenty of room.
  2. I have now finished the pattern apart from a bit of touching up. I am totally unable to draw a curve so I designed the shape using splines in LibreCad. I dimensioned it to the correct size and printed it full size to paper (20 A4 sheets), these I stuck to some card and made a template. Marked it up and and used special curving masking tape. The rest was just painting. Not a perfect job but way better than the old faded and matted that it had before (like the hatch). Many thanks for all the suggestions Dave
  3. Crafted Boats at Tardebigge do grit blasting and 2 pack.
  4. I like the idea of a T piece.
  5. Hi all, My engine is an Isuzu 4LC38. It is fitted with an overtemperature switch with a warning light and buzzer. I would like to fit a gauge either as an extra or in place of of the existing switch. Does anybody know is there a location to fit a sensor as an extra or the thread Isuzu use for the existing switch? Many thanks, Dave
  6. Thanks for the help. I think something like this will suit me:
  7. Hi, I want to repaint my rear doors. I would like to have a pattern like this. does anyone have a good image of one and has anyone got any tips on how to mask the shape? Thanks Dave
  8. I suggested CRT informing each boater was to empathise the amount to them.
  9. That's why I suggested CRT inform each marina mooring how much of their mooring fee went to them, it might help shame marina operators.
  10. How about a radical solution that I don't think has been suggested yet. CRT calculates the total revenue from CCr's licence with a 25% increase and the total income from the fee charged to marinas. The marina fee is then dropped and the marina reduces the mooring fee by that amount. Then a licence fee can then be calculated to find a licence fee that would generate the same income and all boaters would be paying the same amount (obviously adjusted for length, width etc.). This would stop certain groups saying that they are being discriminated against and CRT would get the same income. The only problem I see in that is persuading the marina operators to drop the mooring fee by that amount. Maybe CRT could tell each moorer how much they were previously paying to CRT. Standing back and waiting for response.
  11. Hi, my Isuzu 4LC38 did this some years ago at about 10,000 hours.. I had the four separate injection pumps and the injectors serviced. That cured the problem. Whist at it I checked the glow plugs and replaced 2 of them. After that the engine started better and ran a lot smoother.
  12. I have a Candy AQUA 1042 D1, it will run from my Honda EU2.0i generator. It is small size 4kg machine.
  13. We have a Black Prince boat built by Reeves. It has a stainless tank and it goes boom when nearly full. Useful warning to stop filling. That is until the odd day when it doesn't and the tank overflows over the front deck as we wait for the boom.
  14. I don't know about the CRT pumpouts but there is one in Braunston marina. Tokens available from the office, £15.00 each for the usual 8mins. If you enter through the bridge it is straight ahead and on the left. Coin machine in the laundry.
  15. Thanks everyone. I decided to use the Old Mainline. Its is lovelly with cl Thanks everyone. I decided to use the old mainline. It is lovelly with it's clear water. Not too much trouble with weed. Tipton was the worst area. I waited till I got to Avlechurch forf a pumpout. Quited a lean by then. Dave
