  1. Hi Robinj, thanks for reply/solution. only one pump! no exhaust injection. I removed one of the two pipes from the exhaust manifold and replaced it with the calorifier.. this works!! Hot water in abundance now. Thanks again for responding. Paul
  2. Where to connect the pipes to the calorifier. This is a late engine (build 402) and although the general engine has not changed from older builds, the pipework certainly has.. Arrangements are as follows:- Pipe from thermostat housing goes to top of keel tank. Return from keel tank goes to one end of bowman gearbox cooler and back to water pump. This appears to work. There is a pipe from a Hex elbow on the water pump to the remote(from the pump) end of the exhaust manifold(X), the other end of the manifold (close to the pump) is piped to the bottom of the pump where it tees in with the header tank supply pipe(Y). I presume this is the return or cold side of the pump. This point is also commoned off in the base of the pump with the keel tank return. I teed in to both X and Y to the calorifier and bled the system but it will not heat the calorifier. There is some heating of the pipe to the calorifier but no flow it would seem. Any ideas to save the hair tearing?? Paul
