Could anybody advise where there is an economical place to hire a long boat on the Llangolan Canal for next June for a week. The prices are around 900-00 pounds a week now for two persons and I thought there might be some people out there who are experienced in hiring and know of a better deal. Trevor

Hi everybody. Are there any members out there in canal land who rent out their own longboat privately and are on the Welsh Llangollen Canal System. I would like to hire a 2+2 berth with all mod con's for 7 days from Tues 2nd June to 9th June 2009. Unfortunately thats when our flights come in. Alternatively, if this is not the done thing then I am looking for members recommendations as to what company should I book with for this odd set of days.
