I have a boat on the non tidal part of the Medway and to give you some food for thought with no electric or showers a very basic water and toilet non residential mooring fees are in the region of £210 per month for 60' plus you will need a license to go on the non tidal guessing at about £300 pa oh yes and the marina can flood meaning you can not get to your boat for days. As far as I am aware the only reidential moorings are Allington or Tonbridge. Sorry to be a dampner but it is beutifull in the summer for weekends etc.
