    Haggis The top paddle is what I meant when I said ground paddle. This is the issue that the stoppage is attempting to rectify

    Haven't seen this stoppage on the forum so I thought I'd share the information. Tomorrow (14/5/13) Glascote bottom lock (No13) on the Coventry Canal is having a stoppage to attempt to remove a blockage from the towpath side ground paddle. The stoppage notice advises the times as 8am to 1pm. I'm on iPhone, which doesn't want to let me copy and paste the PDF stoppage notice message. Hope this is of use to some
