My friend just watched one of there employees throw blue gloves into the canal. I asked him why he threw them he said I don't give a shit and then he went off and hid his face before I got my camera out to identify him to his employer. Watching this made me very angry. I spoke clear to him with no swearing. Is this what they get donations for? The gloves had fuel on them as well as before he threw the blue gloves into the canal he put a container away with blue liquid in I guess after fueling a piece of Equipment. I think he's reported as he got a photo of the boat number and as there were only 2 employees around he is waiting for a reply. Anybody else had any problems with the Canal and River Trust?

Yes the tow path at Croxton has winter mooring permits alvailable there and as I live 5 minutes walk away it a perfect spot. So even if I pay £140 for 3 months winter mooring somebody else can take my spot?

If I purchase a 3 month winter permit at Croxton at Middlewich does it mean I can keep my boat there for the whole 3 months and not have to move after the normal 14 day period and I can cruise for a few days and come back to the spot I bought my Winter mooring at? The Terms and conditions on the C&RT confuse me

Croxton reopen and looks great

I bet there CRT are glad they finished as the floods have been bad today far worse than before no rain since 8 this morning and waters still rising and are 1-2 metres below road bridges over the river.
