Mikuni mx40 best time of year to sell?

Ive got two mikuni mx40's to sell and was wondering when's the best time to sell, ie when will i get more money for them,

Do i sell now so people can install prior to winter or wait until the depths of winter when people may want them more?

Im really in two minds, they will be going on ebay, listed seperately......

The best time to sell is when you find a customer who is fitting out their boat or replacing a knackered heater.

 

When would you rather work on a boat - (without heating) in summer or winter?

Im wanting £200 each unit, the first 1 is 12 years old and has been serviced, the other 6 years old not been service, however it was running fine prior to being taken out of the boat, this one comes with all the bits exhaust pipe, wiring loom, switch and timer..........

Sorry to HiJack the thread.

 

I will be replacing my MX60 (7kw) shortly. Its just been serviced, new wicks, heater housing etc. It will be a complete unit with exhaust, intake (modified to make it quieter) and all control gear.

 

I am changing simply because I want a bigger boiler and going to be putting in a Huricane 2 (10.3kw).

 

The MX60 has been running 15,000BTU of radiators and a 120L calorifier for 2 winters of part time use.
