Been lurking a while.

My house will be up for sale in a month or two, then we (my wife and I) will be joining you

on the cut.

I will have questions, not many as most have been asked before and as I said, I have been lurking.

So....hello.

Good Luck, keep us informed of your progress,

we, at the moment, are looking to 'dip our toes in the water' by the share boat syndicate route ....

I have become a boat owner and livaboard since late last November. It's been great. Nice community and looking forward to crusing and exploring as Marina based.

Nearly finished putting my stamp on the boat interior. Installed a reclaimed parquet floor in the salon, built a step and clad top in parquet, sanded it all and oiled it in saicos tropical combo.

Repainted the woodwork and just got to modify and install some reclaimed stained glass windows to the front doors and side panels and install a mains battery charger. Then later in the summer some exterior touch up of the paintwork.

Hello and welcome. I had 3 Land Rovers over the years mainly for my garage use and towing business. A Series 1 80'' a series 2A and a 2B 88'' all petrol.

Started with a Range Rover 3.5 on lpg, then a 3.9 Rangie. All I'm left with now is my 2a 109 2.25petrol - once I pull my finger out and weld up the chassis to get it through the MOT.

halfords seem to think that as well,,,

I have a small clasic car restoration and welding shop so no worries with the chassis

also have a 2,5 eng that would fit right in yours....more power n less fuel,
