Was given this for a letter when I went to the post office today and was pleased to see an historic boat featured. I think it's the London Waterbus's Little Woolwich Perseus. It's "Z for Zoo" from the new A-Z of Britain stamps.

They walked along by the old canal,
A little confused, I remember well

- from A Simple Twist of Fate, Bob Dylan

We live on "WILLOW", a 72' converted ex Severn and Canal Carrying Co narrow boat built in 1935
and are now in the process of fitting it out: www.severnerwillow.wordpress.com

It is Bob Baker & Nick Park writing a Wallace & Gromit script.

Yes it is a typewriter (What else would you expect)

Brought back some long forgotten memories. I still have my old Remington somewhere, no need to worry about conserving battery power with those

I wonder what the younger kids today would make of them. Probably end up preferring them to a computer !!!

Photo of Bob Baker with HTV's typewriter. He used to work in their cupboard.
He is rejecting one of my scripts in this picture

It's not the widebeam trip boat 'Jenny Wren' (known to its crew as "Fatty") is it?
