You can give me some tips on how to get the boat in!!! Got blown into the green boat three up. Then over steered doing a loop and nudged Brads bow trying not to scrape up Keith's boat. That normal procedure

Tip is, if its windy moor opposite until wind dies down. :lol:

 

I just did a big left loop on entering the marina, keep lots of revs on and gearbox in and out......if you try to tickover in when it's windy you won't make it.

Did it perfectly on Friday - big left loop, straight in, no fuss or bother.. Definitely the way to do it. Esp as I need to be bow first.

Guys thank you so much for your blogs on entering the marina at Shardlow. That's where Rubble Queen will be moored and I've always had problems getting in - just assumed it was my ineptitude. Great tips.

Should be back in a week - new paint job so definitely don't want to scratch it on the first day. If you see me coming please just look the other way and save my blushes.
