Does anyone know if it's possible to buy an annual navigation licence for the river Wey and how much it costs?

They walked along by the old canal,
A little confused, I remember well

We live on "WILLOW", a 72' converted ex Severn and Canal Carrying Co narrow boat built in 1935
and are now in the process of fitting it out: www.severnerwillow.wordpress.com

Brian, who writes a boring blog every day when he is on board Harnser about their travels.

A comment on No Problem's blogger said they paid 177 for a 50' boat, but that's the only data we've found. Hopefully the email we've sent will clarify things.

They run from January to December, we paid 191.00 for our 52ft boat this year, an increase of 11 from 2010. Administered by the National Trust from Dapdune Wharf, Guildford.

Agreed, if you have a mooring, then your annual licence application form will be sent to you. Otherwise, its a Visitors Licence only - maximum 21 days IIRC.
