One of my grandsons got married today, I have just escaped as I cannot manage evening dos anymore. I had clocked this yesterday or so and asked my lad how much cash he takes these days. He has precise figures to hand and he takes just under 28 percent a year in cash, now thats something over £350,000 in cash, he would be a proper pillock to lose that. I loved taking cash for my spenders and to pay staff and stock purchase, still went thro the books. Luckily retired now so do not have todays HMRC nonsense to deal with much anymore. I reckon it all depends on the job these days.
